1 cup Rice (Regular Long Grain)
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 Chicken, cut in half or fourths
1 cup Milk
1 can Celery Soup
Preparation:
Combine uncooked rice, milk and soup into a loaf pan. Season chicken to taste and place on top of rice mixture. Place a pat of butter or margarine on the top of each piece of chicken. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
