Preparation:
1. Soak vermicelli in water until soft; drain.
2. Season minced pork and marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Chop chilli, garlic, ginger and spring onion.
4. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in the wok, stir-fry minced pork, add chilli, garlic, ginger and sauce. Add vermicelli to sauce mixture and mix well, stir fry until sauce is well absorbed by the vermicelli, sprinkle in a few drops of sesame oil and chopped spring onions, serve. |
