Ingredients:

  4             ounces  vermicelli
  3             ounces  minced pork
     1/2                chilli
  1              clove  garlic
  1              slice  ginger
  1              stalk  spring onion
                        *** seasonings -- (pork) ***
     1/2    tablespoon  light soya sauce
     1/2    tablespoon  cornflour
     1/2    tablespoon  wine cooler
                        few shakes of pepper
                        few shakes sesame seed oil
                        *** SAUCE ***
  6             ounces  water
  1           teaspoon  shanghai chilli
  2        tablespoons  dark soya sauce
  1           teaspoon  sugar
                        few shakes pepper
                        few shakes sesame seed oil
 

Preparation:

1. Soak vermicelli in water until soft; drain. 2. Season minced pork and marinate for 5 minutes. 3. Chop chilli, garlic, ginger and spring onion. 4. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in the wok, stir-fry minced pork, add chilli, garlic, ginger and sauce. Add vermicelli to sauce mixture and mix well, stir fry until sauce is well absorbed by the vermicelli, sprinkle in a few drops of sesame oil and chopped spring onions, serve.
