Preparation:
Prepare rice according to package directions in large skillet using spread, 2 1/4 cups water and soy sauce. Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
Stir in chicken and peas; increase heat to medium high.
Pour egg beaters over rice mixture; cook without stirring until set, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir and serve warm. Garnish as desired. |
