Ingredients:

   3      tablespoons   margarine
  40      large         marshmallows
     1/2  teaspoon      vanilla
   4      cups          cheerios

Preparation:

1. Heat margarine and marshmallows over low heat stirring constantly until melted. 2. Remove from heat - add vanilla and colouring - fold in cereal until coated. 3. On buttered wax paper divide mixture into 5 piles with buttered hands shape into trees. Decorate with sliced jellies (I use sugared gum drops - sliced). 4. Make a star for the top (with the childs name on it if you want) . Glue the star onto a toothpick and stick through the top of the tree.
