Preparation:
Combine the cheese, sugar substitute, and almond extract in a small bowl and beat until well mixed. Gradually add the milk and continue beating until smooth.
Combine the watermelon and blueberries. Divide the fruit into 6 serving dishes. Pour 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture over each dish.
This dish can also be served in a hollowed-out watermelon shell. Place the cheese mixture in a glass bowl inside the shell and arrange the fruit around the glass bowl. Let guests drizzle their own cheese on their fruit. |
