Preparation:
Broil pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side or until done. Or if
preferred,
place pork in microwave-safe dish with 1/4 inch water. Cover, cook on
high
power fir 3-5 minutes or until done; cool...Cut cooked pork into narrow
silvers.
Place greens in salad bowl. Top with pork, apricots and walnuts.
Combine oil,
vinegar, sugar, tarragon, marjoram and thyme in a small jar. Shake
well. Before
serving, pour desired amount of dressing over salad. Refrigerate
remaining dressing
