Preparation:
To make the dressing combine 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, cider vinegar, sugar,
salt
and pepper. Stir and set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a nonstick skillet - hot. Add garlic and ginger.
Add perch, fry until golden brown.
Arrange mixed greens on plate then lay the perch over them. Stir dressing
and
drizzle over lettuce and fish.
Sprinkle with red peppers, Anaheim's, and sesame seed |
