1 pound ground turkey breast
1/2 cup taco sauce
6 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
1 cup corn chips
1/2 cup drained pitted ripe olives
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese |
Preparation:
1. Cook turkey in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat until hot.
2. Toss lettuce, corn chips, olives, tomatoes and bell pepper in large bowl. Spoon hot turkey mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
