Preparation:
For the dressing, combine 1/4 cup of the cherries with the hot water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add the soaked cherries and all of the dressing ingredients except the olive oil to a blender and puree. With the motor running, slowly add the oil.
For the salad, combine the mixed greens and dressing. Divide among 6 salad plates. Top each plate with the remaining dried cherries, pancetta or bacon, bleu cheese and hazelnuts. |
