1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons liquid shortening
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch red radishes
Preparation:
Combine salt, garlic powder. Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screw top jar. Shake to blend. Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl. Add dressing; toss to blend.
