Ingredients:

  1              large  orange - peeled & sectioned
  1             medium  pear - cubed & cored
  2             medium  bananas sliced
  1                cup  red grapes or purple grapes seedless
     1/2           cup  prunes  diced
     1/3           cup  walnut pieces   toasted
  1                cup  nonfat or low fat vanilla yogurt
     1/4      Teaspoon  cinnamon
     1/8      Teaspoon  ground cardamom (or nutmeg)
 

Preparation:

Yogurt Dressing: Combine the yogurt, cinnamon and cardamom. SALAD: In medium bowl, combine orange, pear, banana, grapes, prunes and walnuts. Just before serving, add dressing to the fruit and toss well. Servs 6.
