Spinach Salad With Fruit and Honey

Ingredients:

  4               Cups  torn spinach
  1             Medium  apple or pear -- cored and coarsely
                        chopped
     1/4           Cup  seedless red grapes -- halved
     1/4           Cup  sliced celery
     1/4           Cup  nonfat plain yogurt
  1               Tbsp  honey
     1/4           Tsp  grated lime peel
 

Preparation:

In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, apples or pears, grapes and celery; set aside. In a small bow, stir together the yogurt, honey and lime peel. Drizzle over the spinach mixture. Gently toss until lightly coated.
