Preparation:
1. in medium sized bowl, combine minced red chili peppers, sugar, salt, vinegar and garlic chili pepper sauce. 2. mix together until both the sugar and the salt have dissolved. 3. add cucumber and scallions. 4. toss well to coat with dressing. 5. cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. 6. serve garnished with fresh cilantro. |
