3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Preparation:
Warm Crostini of Knockalara Feta Cheese with Basil Pesto and Organic Salads
Place Feta Cheese on the Bread Rolls and put under a hot grill. Arrange Salad Leaves on four plates. Whisk Salad Dressing ingredients together and sprinkle over the leaves. When the crostini are ready (just a few minutes), put onto the plates with the salad and serve immediately while melting hot. |
