Keep shelled peanuts fresh by storing in an airtight container in the. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet lightly. Mix brown sugar, margarine, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped into sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown; cool. |
