Spaghetti with BASIL AND PINENUTS

Ingredients:

   2      Tablespoons   olive oil
   2      teaspoons     garlic -- minced
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      black pepper
   1      cup           tomatoes -- cored,  seeded, and
                        diced 1"
   1      cup           sun dried tomatoes -- drained, sliced into
                        1/8" strips
   2      Tablespoons   dry white wine
   1      cup           Swanson's Chicken broth
   2      cups          blanched spaghettini
   2      Tablespoons   chilled whole butter
   2      Tablespoons   grated Parmesan cheese
   2      Tablespoons   shredded fresh basil
   2      Tablespoons   toasted pinenuts
 

Preparation:

Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and garlic, sauté 1 minute, but do not brown. Add salt and pepper, tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and toss to combine. Deglaze with the wine and chicken broth. Add pasta and half the julienne basil. Reduce the liquid by half and add butter. Top with Parmesan, remaining basil and pinenuts.
