     1/2  cup           Chopped walnuts
     1/3  cup           Cut-up prunes
     1/3  cup           Cut-up dried apricots
     1/4  teaspoon      Paprika
   4      slices        Bacon -- crisply cooked and
					
 

Preparation:

Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook celery, onion, salt and pepper in margarine about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in rice, walnuts, prunes, apricots, paprika and bacon.
