Ingredients:

pork chops
4 center cut pork chops -- 3/4 to 1-inch thick
(about 6 ounces each)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Preparation:
To make salsa, mix all salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until used or up to 8 hours. Trim fat from chops. In a small bowl, mix cumin, salt and pepper. Rub on both sides of chops. Grill or broil 3 to 4-inches from coals or heating element for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness. Serve with salsa.
