Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 pork chops -- trimmed of fat
2 eggs -- beaten
3 tablespoons water
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
Preparation:
1. Whip eggs with water. Mix remaining ingredients and place on plate.
2. Dip chops into egg wash, then into cornmeal coating.
3. Pan-fry in a bit of oil over medium heat until golden brown.
