     1/3           cup  soy sauce
  1           teaspoon  sugar
  1         tablespoon  ginger
  1         tablespoon  garlic
  2             pounds  pork roast
     1/3           cup  catsup
  1         tablespoon  dry mustard
  3          teaspoons  water
 

Preparation:

combine wine, soy, sugar, ginger, and garlic-mix well pour over pork to coat well cover and chill for 4-24 hours remove from marinade place onto a rack, in a disposable pan place pan onto a grill over hot coals cover and grill for 60 minutes, basting and turning often cover and grill to an internal temperature of 155 degrees combine catsup with remaining marinade-mix well brush onto roast cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees remove from grill combine dry mustard and water-mix well slice pork thinly serve hot or warm, with catsup sauce and mustard mixture to the side
