Creamy Tomato-Pork Farfalle

Ingredients:

   1 1/2  pounds        lean ground pork
   1      large         onion -- chopped
   1      medium        green bell pepper -- diced
   1      clove         garlic -- finely chopped
   1      can           whole tomatoes -- undrained
   1      can           tomato sauce
   1      jar           pimientos -- diced
   4      cups          uncooked bow-tie pasta -- (farfalle)
   2      tablespoons   sugar
   2      teaspoons     chili powder
     3/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      cup           sour cream
 

Preparation:

Cook pork in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream, breaking up tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook until hot.
