Ingredients:

   3      cups          fully cooked ham -- chopped
   2      cups          monterey jack cheese -- (about 8 oz)
                        -- shredded
   1      can           tomato sauce -- 8oz.
   1      can           green chilies -- 4 oz., seeded and
                        -- chopped
     1/2  cup           onion -- finely chopped
                        few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on low for 2 hours. To serve-split the Hot Corn bread squares. Spoon ham mixture on the bottom half of the cornbread. Cover with cornbread top. Spoon more of the mixture over the top.
