Ingredients:

   1      package       bows egg noodles -- (8 oz.)
     3/4  cup           wish-bone lite chunky blue cheese
                        -- dressing
     1/2  pint          plain yogurt -- (8 oz.)
   2      tablespoons   honey
   1      teaspoon      lemon juice
     1/4  teaspoon      ground nutmeg
     3/4  pound         green or red seedless grapes
   2      medium        apples -- chopped
   2      medium        pears -- chopped
     1/2  cup           seedless raisins
   1      cup           chopped pecans or almonds
 

Preparation:

Cook bows egg noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In lrage bowl, blend lite chunky blue cheese dressing, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and nutmeg; stir in fruits and pecans. Add noodles and toss well; chill. Makes about 12 side-dish servings.
