1/2 c barbecue sauce
1/4 c Pineapple Juice
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 ts Vanilla
1 t Ground Allspice
6 Pork loin chops, 1/4 inch
-thick
Preparation:
1. Mix the barbecue sauce, juice, garlic, vanilla and allspice.
2. Place chops on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until done, brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.
