Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 425ΓΈ. Drain the peaches but save the syrup. Use about 1/4 cup of the syrup to moisten the chops, then coat them with the bread crumbs.
Coat a baking dish with oil spray. Put the chops in it in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes.
Put one peach half on top of each chop. Make a mixture of the brown sugar, catsup, vinegar, and remaining syrup. Pour this over the chops and peaches. Bake 10 more minutes. |
