Preparation:
1) Cook sausage in large heavy pot. When they start to give up their fat, add meat. Cook stirring and turning to brown well. 2) Add tomatoes, water, carrots, salt and pepper and cook 45 min. Add remaining ingredients and cook another 45 min, or until meats are tender |
