Pork Chop and Corn Stuffing Bake

Ingredients:

   1       can          Campbell's Golden Corn Soup
     1/4   cup          Celery, finely chopped
     1/4   cup          Onion, finely chopped
     1/2   teaspoon     Paprika
   1 1/2   cup          Corn bread stuffing
   4                    Pork chops, boneless 3/4" Thick
   1       Tablespoon   Packed brown sugar
   1       teaspoon     Spicy brown mustard
 

Preparation:

1. Combine soup, celery, onion, paprika and stuffing and spoon into a 9 inch pie plate 2. Arrange chops over stuffing mixture; press lightly into stuffing. 3. Combine sugar and mustard; spread evenly over chops. 4. Bake at 400 deg.F. 30 minutes or until chops are fork tender.
