Ingredients:

   4      cups          flour
   1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   6                    pork chops
   2      tablespoons   fat
     3/4  cup           uncooked rice
   3      cups          tomato juice
   3      tablespoons   chopped onion
   3      tablespoons   chopped green pepper
 

Preparation:

Mix flour with salt and pepper. Roll pork chops in seasoned flour. Melt fat in skillet on medium and brown chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops and cover tightly. Turn switch to high until steaming freely, then turn to lowest heat for 45 minutes.
