Pork-Sauerkraut Gulya

Ingredients:

   3      pounds        pork -- boneless, 1 1/2"
                         -- cubes
     1/4  cup           flour
   1      teaspoon      salt
                        pepper
   3      large         onions -- chopped
   2                    garlic cloves -- minced
                        cooking oil
   1 1/2  teaspoons     dillweed
   1 1/2  teaspoons     caraway seed
   3                    chicken bou'ln cubes -- crush
     1/4  cup           water
   1 1/2  tablespoons   paprika
   3      packages      sauerkraut -- 1 lb each, rinse
                         -- and well drained
   1      cup           sour cream
 

Preparation:

Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; set aside. Add onions to cooking oil in removable liner. Place liner in base and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes or until onions are soft. Add garlic and cook for additional 30 seconds. Add pork and all other ingredients except sour cream. Cover and cook on auto 6 hours, low 7-9 hours or high 4-5 hours. Turn controls to off; gradually stir in sour cream. Serve.
