Ingredients:

   2      centiliters   garlic -- minced
     1/3  cup           onion -- diced
     1/8  teaspoon      cayenne
     1/8  teaspoon      cumin
     1/8  teaspoon      chili powder
   2      teaspoons     Tabasco sauce
   2      cups          brown rice -- cooked
   2      cups          red beans -- cooked
   1      cup           ham -- cooked and diced
 

Preparation:

In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings. Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat. Stir in approximately 1/4 cup water or liquid from beans. Cook until heated through. Serves: 4 (1 cup servings)
