Preparation:
1. preheat oven to 350ΓΈ. 2. in large pan, heat oil. add garlic, basil, parsley, onions, scallions and celery and saute until soft. 3. add apple and red curry base. 4. in a large bowl, combine saute mixture, garlic chili pepper sauce, brown sugar, corn bread cubes and chicken stock. mix together well. 5. open pork chops and fill with stuffing. 6. place in a baking dish. 7. arrange any leftover stuffing around chops. 8. bake 40-45 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. 9. serve with apple ginger sauce. |
