Preparation:
In saucepan, mix 1 cup water, 1/2 cup butter and heat to rolling boil. Stir in 1 cup flour (fast) 1 minute. Remove. Beat in 4 eggs. Beat until smooth. Put in freezer 4 hours. Fill big cream puffs 1/4 cup full; hors d'oeuvres, rounded teaspoon full. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet 25 to 30 minutes in a 400 degrees oven. Cool and fill before servin |
