Preparation:
In 4 quart microwave safe glass bowl, microwave butter on high until melted, about 45 seconds. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high until mixture boils, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on high 3 minutes without stirring. Stir in soda and vanilla; stir in popped pop corn, mixing well. Microwave on 70% power 1 minute more. Remove and stir to coat pop corn evenly. Cool on cookie sheet. Break apart; stor in tightly covered container. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts. |
