Ingredients:

  2                lbs  hamburger
  1              large  onion -- chopped
                        salt -- pepper, garlic salt
  2                tsp  chili powder
  2                tsp  cumin
  2                tsp  salt
  2                tsp  Accent
  4                Tbl  sugar
  2         small cans  tomatoe saunce
  2         small cans  tomatoe paste
  6               cans  water (use paste cans)
  2                  c  cooked rice
                        Doritos or other tortilla chips
                        lettuce -- shredded
                        green onions -- chopped
                        olives -- minced
                        avacados -- diced
                        cheese -- grated
                        tomatoes -- diced
                        sour creme
 

Preparation:

Brown hamburger and onion. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Add remaining seasonings, tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste, and water. Simmer for 40 mintues. Before serving, add rice and blend together. Serve over tortilla chips on a plate. Top with remaining ingredients, as desired.
