Preparation:
Serve in chilled bowls
Slit firm, ripe banana lengthwise to, but not through, bottom peel. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Place on grid over medium Kingsford briquets on covered grill. Grill 6 to 8 minutes, until banana is heated through (peel will turn dark). Place peeled banana in serving dish; top with small scoops of ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce. Top with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry. |
