Ingredients:

  3               cups  old fashioned rolled oats -- (uncooked)
  1                can  sweetened condensed milk ** -- (14 oz)
     1/2           cup  low or nonfat mils -- (approximately, as
                        -- needed for
                        desired consistency
     1/2           cup  chopped pecans or other nut -- (optional)
  1                     lemon
 

Preparation:

Approx. 3 cups chunked fruit (I like apples, bananas, grapes, oranges etc.) In large bowl add oats and condensed mild. Add nonfat milk to achieve a batter like consistency. Add pecans and the juice of the lemon. Mix in fruit. Chill and serve. ** For low fat or nonfat version substitute low fat or nonfat milk for the sweetened condensed milk and use brown sugar to sweeten to taste.
