Ingredients:

  4                 Oz  white chocolate -- melted
  24            Pieces  fruit (eg strawberries -- red and black
                        grapes, stra fruit
  1             slices  -- mango chunks and
                        physalis)
                        Petit-four cases
 

Preparation:

Melt chocolate in separate dishes over a pan of boiling water. Dip or brush half the fruits in plain chocolate and the remainder in white. Arrange in petit-four cases and leave to set. Serve with wooden cocktail sticks.
