Ingredients:

     1/2  teaspoon      vanilla
     3/4  cup           applesauce
   1      cup           flour
   1      teaspoon      baking soda

     1/4  teaspoon      ground cloves
     1/4  teaspoon      nutmeg
     1/2  cup           raisins
     1/2  cup           chopped pecans

Preparation:

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Beat in applesauce. Combine flour, soda and spices and stir into creamed mixture. Blend in raisins and nuts.
