EASY PINEAPPLE ROLLS

Ingredients:

   1      can           crushed pineapple drained 1/4 cup packed
                              (8 ounces)
                        brown sugar
   2      tablespoons   butter or margarine
   1      package       refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
                         (10 ounces)
 

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, combine pineapple, brown sugar and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is hot. Spoon 1 tablespoon into each of 10 medium muffin cups. Separate biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup. Preheat oven to 400~F. Bake 12 minutes or until golden. Loosen biscuits with a knife. Turn out onto a large serving plate.
