2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chives -- fresh, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove -- lg, crushed
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Preparation:
Cook ravioli and tortellini as directed on packages, using same pan; drain. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, the chives, salt pepper and garlic. Stir butter into hot pasta mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream mixture. Place on large serving platter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. |
