Preparation:
Lightly grease 6 custard cups, or 6 small dessert dishes. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Stir just enough to
moisten. Spoon into custard cups or dishes. Arrange in a circle in the
microwave oven, leaving one inch between dishes.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until wooden pick inserted in center comes
out clean, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve warm with fruit and sweetened whipped
cream.
