1. Combine rice cereal, coconut, sugar and butter; press into buttered 8-inch square pan. 2. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 10 minutes; cool. 3. Spread with orange sherbet; top with toasted slivered almonds. 4. Freeze until firm.
