1 8 3/4 oz. ca Goya cream of
Coconut
2 8 oz. pkgs.cream cheese,
Softened
1 8 oz. contai whipped
Topping
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Drained
1/4 c Maraschino cherries,drained
And cut in half
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Flaked coconut |
Preparation:
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and margarine, press into 13x9-inch pan.
Gradually mix cream of coconut into cream cheese. Beat until well
blended. Stir in flavoring. Fold in whipped topping, pineapple,
cherries and nuts,sprinkle with coconut. Chill several hours or
overnight. |
