Ingredients:

  1         Tablespoon  Plain Yogurt
  2                     Green Onion -- Chopped Fine
  2                     Egg Yoks -- Hardboiled, Mashed
  1         Tablespoon  Lemon Juice
  2        Tablespoons  Winter Dark Ale
                        Salt
     1/4      Teaspoon  White Pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine mustard, yogurt, onions, yolks, lemon juice, ale, salt to tate and pepper. Chill at least 20 minutes before serving.
