10 Ancho peppers, pre-soaked
1/2 cup Cooking oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
8 ounces Tomato paste
1 Teaspoon Salt
Preparation:
Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then
grind them into a paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan,
adding the chopped onion, the ground peppers, tomato
paste and salt. Fry for about 1 minute.
