Grandma Evelyn's Italian Sauce

Ingredients:

  1              pound  pork sausage
  3               cans  hot sauce -- don't know what
                        -- size
  1                can  water
  2              small  clov  garlic -- or salt
  1              small  green pepper -- cut fine
     1/2         small  red pepper -- cut fine
  2        tablespoons  minced parsley -- heaping tablespoons
  1         tablespoon  mint leaves -- heaping tablespoons
  1           teaspoon  bay leaves -- heaping
  1           teaspoon  celery seed -- heaping
 

Preparation:

Cook the pork sausage slow, until brown, broken up. In granite pan put the remaining ingredients (not counting the sausage). Simmer 10" (I'm assuming " means minutes...) add sausage and simmer for 20". Stir often. Serve on noodles, macaroni, spaghetti or rice, with Parmesan chees
