Preparation:
In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter and stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Add stock, Armagan Champagne and Armagan Champagne Vinegar and cook to a boil. Then add onions and juniper berries and cook on simmer for at least 10 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve and add the cream. Mix well. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan and saute the ham slices so that they are heated through. Put the ham slices on a large platter and pour the sauce over the slices. |
