1 can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon bottled red pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
Preparation:
In a bowl, stir together tomatoes, sugar, oregano, Worchestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Using edge of spoon, break up large tomatoes into small pieces. Stir in green peppers and onion.
Use over a taco casserole.
