Preparation:
heat oil in a large saucepan, over a medium flame add garlic and saute briefly reduce heat to low stir in 1 cup stock and chile powder heat and stir for 3-4 minutes, over a low flame, without burning stir in remaining ingredients-mix well bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes skim well, cool cover and chill for 1-48 hours serve at room temperature |
