Ingredients:

   4      teaspoons     unsweetened cocoa
   2      teaspoons     cornstarch
   1      teaspoon      instant coffee crystals
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   1 1/4  teaspoons     equal measure -- or 4 packets equal
                        -- sweetener or 3 tbsp
                        -- equal spoonful

Preparation:

Combine milk, cocoa, cornstarch, and coffee crystals in small saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and EQUAL. Cool. Cover and chill. 16 servings/Serving size: 1 Tbsp
